*Attending to patients shopping requirements

*Turning patients who are unable to do so on their own

*Helping with patients toiletry requirements

*Providing social care

*Looking out for all the needs a patient may require

• Assisted with dressing guidance, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Cleaned house, ran errands, managed laundry, and completed weekly grocery shopping.
• Transported Mr Murphy to events and activities, medical appointments, and shopping trips.
• Monitored and maintained cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas.
• Built strong relationships with Mr Murphy to deliver emotional support and companionship.
• Remained alert to his problems or health issues and competently responded.
• Determined his specific needs and provided most appropriate level of services for his well-being.
• Assisted in his daily living needs to maintain self-esteem and general wellness.
• Provided safe mobility support to help him move around personal and public spaces.
• Turned and positioned him, when bedbound, to prevent bedsores and maintain comfort levels.
• Maintained clean personal areas and prepared healthy meals to support his nutritional needs.
• Richard Murphy was a well known Irish poet who came to live in Sri Lanka for his final years
