6. Developing construction schedules by utilizing Microsoft Projects and Microsoft Excel
7. Financial planning and preparing cash flow forecasts for each project.
8. Improving returns on projects at the GP level during the tenure
9. Awarding contracts and managing procurement throughout the project life cycle while
10. authorizing payments to sellers and subcontractors
Managing and directing commercial fit-out projects by performing the following:
1. Monitoring and controlling project performance
