  • Complete daily misroute report and ensure all misroutes are distributed to the correct destinations
  • Attend to all damaged parcels and inform the relevant client
  • Investigate the cause of damages occurred, e.g. poor packaging, incorrect packaging material used, inadequate packaging, insufficient packaging, no proper labelling on parcels
  • Assist other branches with camera footage when required if any damages occur
  • Repackaging of parcels when required
  • Investigate the origin and destination of all parcels which barcodes that does not track, and notify all depots and kiosks of any unknown parcel without a waybill or any barcode.
  • Advise warehouse on the different types of parcels that poses danger of how it should be packaged and whether it should be transported via Air or Road.
  • Ensure that warehouse adhere to the packing/consolidating of freight on pallets to minimise any damages and claims
  • Investigate and processing of all claims

  • Ensure that the daily vehicle report is submitted daily before 9am
  • Ensure services are booked for vehicles and trucks when due for service
