Summary
I am a passionate and self-driven Master of Science (MSc) candidate majoring in Botany (Plant molecular biology/pathology) at the University of the Free State. I have knowledge of the fundamental principles of biological sciences including plant pathology, physiology, genetics, microbiology and biochemistry. In addition to greenhouse experimentation, I have laboratory experience such as PCR, electrophoresis, Microscopy analysis, gene cloning, and DNA sequencing. My postgraduate studies have taught be perseverance and determination. I believe in consistency and hard work. I obtained my BSc degree in Biochemistry and Botany at the University of the Free State in 2020, followed by a BSc Hons degree in Botany (Molecular biology/ Biotechnology) from the same university in 2021. I seek challenging opportunities where I can fully use my skills for the success of the organization and develop myself.
