Key responsibilities:

• Work in partnership with an External Banker by being proactively involved in the facilitation, administration, and implementation of clients' requests
• Cross-selling full product offering.
• Effective and timely resolution of client queries
• Drafting of high-volume credit minutes
• Drafting of legal documents and processing deals
• Building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships
• Maintain Deal stream in partnership with Private Banker

Key responsibilities:

• Attending to general internal and external/ 3rd party investment queries
• Drafting investment proposals, advice records and annual investment reviews
• Trading currency and listed instruments
• Record keeping
• Assist Investment Managers with acquistion strategy
• Collaboration with the Private Bank

Key responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact of retail client and 3rd party queries on the local and offshore fund range
• New business and ongoing administration
• Manage all workflow items including rejections and queries
• Develop and maintain relationships with other internal and external stakeholders e.g Silica, Investec Bank and W&I
• Operational reporting and other BAU functions

Key responsibilities:

• QC of client applications for SA and offshore fund range
• Tracking and processing client instructions
• Assist with broker queries
• (8 months)

Key responsibilities:

• Tutor students in specific course material and integrate study and learning strategies to independent learning
• Assist students with grasping difficult learning content
• Encourage students to develop systematic approach to studying that will serve them in many courses
• Perform other duties consistent to the position of Tutor i.e., assessments
