• Directed QA efforts across 5 domains, including wearable firmware, algorithms, cloud microservices, web, and mobile applications, ensuring seamless end-to-end testing.
• Managed and optimized 3 regression and automated test suites, including regression, UI automation, and continuous data flow testing, using tools like Postman, Jenkins, and Cypress.
• Led a team of 8 QA professionals, mentoring and supporting their career growth while conducting peer reviews and handling HR responsibilities.
• Delivered quality assurance for 3 international projects with companies from Canada, Korea, and China, successfully aligning QA processes with global standards.

As a Senior QA Test Analyst, in addition to all the tasks of the Quality Control Specialist role, I was also responsible for:

• Guiding our team with regard to industry norms and progress in technical tools and ways of work.
• QA responsibility of wearable firmware for at least 3 wearables
• QA responsibility of a 2-year project with Samsung that comprised of interacting with their QA team and successfully passing external QA cycles.
• Spending time mentoring at least 4 junior and mid-level specialists, ensuring that the reach of my experience and expertise extended beyond myself.

As a Quality Control Specialist, I worked with the Development team to define the tests required to ensure deliverables meet quality criteria as set out in the specifications. These tasks included:

• Developing test cases to verify production pipeline output compliance with the company's quality criteria.
• Executing a variety of testing activities and reporting on the findings.
• Continuously performing exploratory testing to identify gaps in specifications and risks to deliverable quality.
• Executing QA processes in a repeatable, efficient and consistent manner.
• Eliciting, investigating and collating feedback from internal testing users on product output usability, believability and experiences.
• Escalating defects to applicable developers and monitoring the resolution thereof.
• Performing QA tasks as it relates to release management to the testing, staging and production environments.

As a Quality Control Specialist in the wine industry, I was responsible for:

• Developing, implementing and maintaining all quality-related systems
• Ensuring all Health & Safety aspects of the cellar was according to standard
• Obtaining 5 accreditations including, WIETA, IPW, HACCP, BSCI and FSSC 22 000.
