I intervened in the implementation of Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) in Soshanguve and Elim Hospital Post Offices respectively in 2002
I also contributed in drafting the current ‘Customer Care Training Manual’ which was done by Technical College of South Africa (TechniSA)
Finally I was instrumental in the development of the material used to sensitize SAPO Staff in the “Code of Ethical Conduct”
