For over 15 years in financial services, I've driven positive change through continuous improvement, legislative compliance, and risk mitigation.

As a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with a B.Com in Marketing and Business Management, I bring technical expertise and a passion for process optimization. My current role as Process Audit Specialist involves auditing end-to-end workflows, finding efficiencies, and streamlining operations while upholding regulations. During the pandemic, my team recovered over R105 million and was a Spirit of Excellence finalist for our refocused efforts.

Beyond credentials, strong leadership requires responsibility over power or position. Inspired by Herb Kelleher, I believe in cultivating passionate, collaborative cultures - just as critical for success as expertise.
