- Sort permission first from controllers/signalmen and ensured the track section to be worked on is adequately protected by use of detonators or red flags before commencing work.
- Systematically performed faults diagnosis on supervisory equipment replacing faulty electronic cards.
- Performed electronic repairs to field equipment such as battery chargers, track feed sets and signal cards with the aid of schematic diagrams.
