- The first role with BMW Group was at South African Festival of Motoring with MINI Lifestyle
- This was the first time truly interacting with BMW/MINI customers (and potential BMW/MINI customers) and thoroughly enjoyed it
- The second role was M Festival in 2019, an event where I was put in situations where adaptability and flexibility was required
- I was originally appointed for Lifestyle but also filled in for both Brand Ambassador and Product Genius roles
- This occurred because I had the knowledge of the vehicles and was able to communicate with the public effectively
- Whilst working the Lifestyle store, I was one of the top salesmen for Lifestyle items, dealt with many customer questions and queries
