- Ensure effective Inventory management.
- Perform and review Balance Sheet and operational reconciliations.
- Projects with Business to ensure accurate financial recognition.

- Prepare, support and partner with allocated division to ensure delivery of financial reporting, planning, and forecasting of divisional budgets.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to the division by understanding the divisional strategy and objectives and align this to sound financial decision practices.

- Daily capturing of purchase orders.
- Preparing invoices for payments.
- Preparing monthly supplier reconciliations.
- Ensuring that all supplier queries are attended to efficiently.

- Fulfilling several roles such as: enquiries, teller, and reception area.
- Providing high quality, efficient processing of customer transactions, and
- Ensuring that all customer queries are attended to efficiently.
