Assess the quality and execution of service provided by analysts against set standards and measurements by

• Reviewing processed work
• Reviewing written communication
• Spot checks on high-risk processes performed by analysts
• Compiling and publishing periodic reports in relation to target samples.

- Timely and accurately collate feedback regarding each consultant's performance according to QA measurement.

- Collation of 360-degree feedback on consultants for team leaders.

- Ensure compliance with Procedure Manuals.

- Coaching and training of new and existing employees.

- Play an active role in ensuring risk consciousness by escalating problems identified in complaints and ensuring that the complaints process is adhered to in quality assurance.

- Provide feedback regarding performance deviations, and assist in identifying solutions and areas of improvement.

- Participate in the design of new QA measurements and processes.

- Enhancement of existing measurements and processes

FIC analysis: identifying the proceeds of crime, combatting money laundering, and terror financing, and enforcing compliance with the FIC Act; sharing information with supervisory bodies.

KYC analysis: Primarily review documentation for intermediary accounts, evaluates high-risk accounts, and analyze new client processes and policies

• Compiling clients' portfolio schedules for their reviews.
• Submit client's instruction for processing.
• Provide clients with feedback on the status and progress of investment instructions submitted.
• Ensure that client information is stored correctly on the system.

• Provided product information to potential clients through calls, emails, and face-to-face.
• Assisted client with all queries relating to their investments.
• Provided online assistance and support.
• Provide feedback to client on investment instruction submitted.
