- Mentoring and micro-managing a team of civil engineering students roles and duties for construction operations that includes, installing three water systems, earthworks, kerb laying, layer works with the focus on surveying.
- Managing a variety of different teams individually and simultaneously such as pipe teams which installed sewer-, water- and stormwater systems to contract data and the City of Cape Town standards.
- Created an excel spreadsheet to cover the surveying aspects of installing three water systems which increased productivity by 4% by decreasing the calculation time of levels and human error and increasing time to be allocated to checking the quality of installation and testing.
- Overseeing road work operations of road widths 5m, 8m, and 12m which included cutting and filling roadbed layer, importing and processing layer works ( G5 & G4 material), compacting and testing each road layer to design specifications stipulated in contract data and all surveying aspects such as alignments and levelling.
