- Attending to Claim enquiries and Telephone calls to client
- Sorting of Medical accounts and documents; approval of new claims

- I was a team leader from 2010 to 2015 supervising a team of 12 people and my responsibilities for is to collect leave forms see that the team has work for the day also to capture daily states and updating the register and capturing them on the system.
- In 2018 I received employee excellence award as best senior claims processor.
- In 2019 received another award as second best senior claims processor.
- I went on a training for RMA and MSO validation system for 2 weeks with the aim of training the team that I was working with.
- I also went on a course for PFMA where I received a Certificate.
- I recently went for PMC training on supervisory skills and received a certificate of competence.
- I went for EMDP course.
- I’m now currently a supervisor as a claims assessor on level 7, running day to day duties of the supervisor I’m in charge of a team of 6 and I was appointed on 01/07/2016.
