• Scoped, built and released (including user training) a project that predicts the submission requirements and submission probability of client invoices for international VAT reclaim

• Scoped and built a document processing flow that integrates with external systems, including sending and receiving files and capturing archive data for document storage and -retrieval
• Facilitated the gathering of comprehensive project requirements by liaising with diverse departments and external contractors

Project: VATIT Internal – Automation Anywhere VAT directive bulk email

• Automated a process to run macros and send custom emails with attachments to 500+ clients per delivery
• Implemented integration with the JIRA ticketing system using APIs, enabling dynamic retrieval of the complete client list for each delivery
• Utilized Automation Anywhere robotic process automation software to reduce processing timelines by over 90%
