I was employed at WCED at Metro North Education District office in Parow. I am the facilities manager at the building for the last 4 years. My responsibilities include the entire buildings management and coordination of services attached to it and overall maintenance, installations and repair that comes with it on a daily basis. This includes managing and liaising with service providers, contractors and staff to achieve general up-holding of the infrastructure, grounds and property. This also includes managing budgets and financial transactions of all services to the building.
