I am responsible for both Summerveld and Ashburton Training Centers.'

Daily co-ordination, of inter departmental procedures, takes place throughout the training center, for which i am responsible:

• Maintenance of sand & grass tracks.
• Roll out of fertilizer programme (designed by myself from experience learnt.!
• Oversee workshop activities and repairs to machinery.
• Responsible for both water irrigation and water treatment plant; horse stable upkeep; prestine cleanliness of grounds; constant inspection of tracks for parasite control and turf condition, of the highest standards.
• Ensure all purchase requisitions are within budget and consider best offers.
• Engagement with trainers to get their critique and feedback, understanding their requirements.

I was responsible for both the Durban and Beachwood Country Clubs.

Durban CC:

• Achieved the exceptional accreditation for raising the GC Rating of the course from #104 to #98 in the world!
• We executed and entertained two Volvo Golf Challenges.

• During my 3 years, my team accomplished an elevated Pitch Rating to #1 certification in the Country!

• Within my 3 year tenure, the course improved from an initial #25 rating to #14!
• I progressed to the Gary Player CC, with the purpose and ultimate success, of maintaining the exceptional titel of #1 in the country!
