• Managed internet abuse from chaos to a trickle in three months, by actively analysing data and addressing risks.

• Led a team of Java developers to develop and implement an enterprise Error Management System.
• Led a team of .Net developers to develop a web-based Workforce Management solution.
  
• This was done using the Telkom Solution Value Chain (SDLC), and also Agile SDLC.
• Implemented an Enterprise Workforce Management System (WFM), using the MDSI (Ventyx) Advantex suite of products.
• IT Project Managed the digitalisation of Telkom Shops using the EMC/ECMS/Waymark suite of products (http://www.waymark.co.za).

• Software QA - functional-, non-functional-, and performance testing. Scripting of automated tools.

• Represented IT to select an Enterprise WFM solution, travelled to Europe and Canada to review and evaluate solutions.
• IT Project Managed the DILM digitalisation project in Telkom to completion within time and budget.
