Responsible for conducting Compliance Assessments at all Domestic and International Stations in line with IOSA Operational Standards and regulatory requirements
Furthermore, responsible for ensuring that any Operational changes as per IOSA standards are incorporated into the Operational instructions (Manuals) and Assessments checklist are updated accordingly
Conduct quarterly Safety compliance assessments at ORTIA and maintain record thereof; report non compliances to business and submit to South African Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) where applicable
Respond to all internal and/or external customer related queries timeously
Capture data as required for reporting purposes against relevant standards and procedures
Arrange shipment of dangerous goods and miscellaneous goods
Tracking and Tracing of goods
Approval of international and domestic cargo according to IATA rules and regulations
Distribution of IATA regulations manual to relevant departments
Capturing customer information on I-cargo/ Cargo wise
Framing entries for Air, Road Imports & Exports shipments
Compile monthly DG/Security awareness compliance report and distribute to all stakeholders
Maintain a healthy and safe place to work by complying to standards and regulations
Customs clearing and forwarding services
Liaise with International and Domestic stakeholders to resolve customer queries
Budget for office suppliers (Stationery).
