Clifford Dintwe

Clifford is well-experienced engineer having worked for zinc refinery plant (Kumba Resources), power generation plants (Eskom), water purification and distribution utility (Rand water) and mining and processing companies (Samancor Chrome and Ironveld Smelting). He has very strong and depth understanding of setting up engineering standards, enforcement of compliance, safety standards and maintenance strategies and take no compromised approach to assets care strategies and processes. He also has solid knowledge and skills to run complex projects from development stage to implementation. He has managed people early in his career and enjoyed the challenges that came with such responsibilities while using every opportunity to enhance his people management and leadership skills. Clifford embraces the “Care and Growth” leadership model by Schuitema Group and would most likely use such model for his entire corporate career. He is experienced as strict, firm, fair and moderately directive in his engagements with peers and subordinates and has ability to challenge status quo. Clifford has the ability to make unpopular decisions as necessitated by organisational circumstances and he is courageous in his deeds. He is married with three children; 2 girls, 7 and 17 years old and a 22 year old boy.
