Job overview

  • I managed current fleet clients and new clients, along with to bring in new clients
  • I was brought in to save the companies name and clients that they started losing
  • I was also responsible for sorting out clients' fleets and upgrading their existing fleets to bigger and better
  • I needed to bring in new names business names on the books
  • Mange clients accounts, Key account manager
  • Send out statements/invoices as requested
  • If client was double billed would need to do a credit and send through a credit note
  • I traveled a lot also between Free State and Northern Cape
  • I dealt with client quires, for example if there is a vehicle that is not picking up on the software, I will investigate on the data base and software and, allocate the vehicle, or log a repair case if unit needs attending.
  • I would deal with only commercial clients and corporate clients
  • I would however help walk in clients, individual clients if no one else wanted to assist them. I took ownerships and always put the company first.
  • (Please note individual clients did not count towards me, but I still assisted them as when I work for a company, I will do anything for that company)
  • I would not only do fleet solutions but camera solutions too, meaning. I would sell them vcam solutions and streamax solutions, I would also manage their data-base if something ever goes wrong, give them and give them feedback and resolve the problem.
  • We would need to submit weekly call planners and do 5 client visits a day, and still see a least 2 new possible clients while doing all of the above, therefore I tend to work late hours, which I do not mind, as I have a huge passion for working with people.
