*ONEPEACE is a recently created non-profit organization. Although it is still developing, its primary goals are to promote intercultural communication and understanding by disseminating tools for conflict transformation, peacebuilding, and interreligious dialogue. The organization seeks to work with individuals and communities worldwide to foster a greater appreciation of different cultures, religions, and traditions and to build bridges of understanding across diverse backgrounds and beliefs. Some of my key responsibilities as a Co-Director are:

• Responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan for the organization, setting its direction and goals in line with its mission and vision.
• Responsible for developing and implementing programs and activities that promote intercultural communication and understanding. This includes developing educational materials, organizing events, and collaborating with other organizations to achieve common goals.
• Develop and implement a fundraising plan to secure the financial resources necessary to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.
• Responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, partners, and donors to enhance the organization's impact and achieve its goals. This includes networking, attending conferences, and representing the organization at different events.

• Program objectives and formulate strategies related to relations of the National State with Churches, Denominations, Communities and Religious Entities.
• Intervene in planning and developing necessary strategies for formulating policies related to promoting religious freedom and equality, as well as interreligious dialogue in the Argentine Republic.
• Intervene in the preparation, planning and execution of actions related to developing plans, programs and projects to promote the Argentine Republic abroad as a country committed to peaceful coexistence, religious freedom and interreligious dialogue.
• Coordinate and supervise the Directorates of Catholic Worship and the National Registry of Worship.
• Maintain links and articulate actions in matters of worship with the areas of the national government and with the corresponding provincial and municipal government agencies.
• Coordinate and supervise the content published on the social networks of the Secretariat of Worship.

• Prepare reports on institutional life, festivities, commemorations and statistics corresponding to Catholic, Roman Apostolic Church and Churches, Denominations, Communities or Religious Entities.
• Formulate and coordinate programming of objectives and strategies related to institutional relations of the Secretariat of Worship of Nation with the Catholic, Apostolic and Roman Church and other Churches, Confessions and Religious Communities.
• Formulate, coordinate and execute actions related to developing plans, programs and projects to promote religious freedom and interreligious dialogue in Argentina.

• Assist the Secretary and the Undersecretary in programming objectives and strategies related to relations of the National State with the Catholic, Apostolic and Roman Church and with other Churches, Confessions and Religious Communities.
• Collaborate with the Secretary and the Undersecretary in the execution and coordination of actions related to developing activities and institutional relations with the Catholic, Apostolic and Roman Church and with other Churches, Confessions and Religious Communities.
• Supervise and coordinate: National Directorate of Catholic Worship, National Directorate of the National Registry of Worship, and National Directorate of Worship Affairs.
• • Understand and assist the National Secretariat of Worship in coordinating matters related to press and communication, administration of social networks and preparation of official statements.

• Establish Institutional ties between the Government of Buenos Aires City and the different religious communities;
• Attend the demands and needs of religious communities and articulate them with the rest of the areas of government.
• Create ties with young people from religious communities; organize and promote religious and interfaith activities;
• Coordinate and promote research of religious nature.
• Supervision of office staff.
