LABORATORY:

  • Perform all routine tasks on benches including processing, microscopy, and identification according to standard operating procedure
  • Supervise staff on benches with correct techniques and good laboratory practices
  • Train staff in order to ensure staff competence
  • Supervise TAT (turnaround times) according to various TAT standards
  • Ensure that all IQC (Internal quality control) procedure are performed according to work instructions and report any discrepancies
  • Monitor safety and procedures and ensure adherence to safety rules at all times
