Act as Rapid teams for the Registering and Testing Authority frontline services in the department.
Monitoring of operations at the DLTC’s.
Promotion of customer care activities.
Close service delivery gaps.
Identify training gaps and facilitate or provide such training.
Monitor Administrative compliance at the application and registration of public transport.

Conduct practical driving test to determine competency on Driving tests appeals, Re-evaluations and Conversions of foreign driving licenses applicants.

Perform administration regarding the DLTC.

Conduct eye test as prescribed by the National Road Traffic Act 93/1996 and K53.

Examine applicants to determine the competency to obtain driving or Learners license as prescribed.

Approve, authorised and issue Proffessional driving Permits.

Facilitating learners licence to grade 11 and 12 students of Gauteng public schools.
Training them how to drive and help them to obtained driving licences in the legal way.
Booking them at the Dltc’s
Assess them making sure that they are ready for the test.
Keeping the record of the schools that are being in the program and the correct stats.
Performing Admin duties.
