Job overview

I had the chance to shadow nurses, doctors, and pharmacists over three days, spending a day in each department. Unfortunately, I couldn’t shadow the lab team because the lab was still being renovated at the time. But overall, it was such a valuable experience. It gave me a better understanding of what each role involves, and how different parts of the healthcare system work together. It also helped me figure out which areas interest me most, and really confirmed that I want to pursue a career in the health sciences field.
