I am a Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with experience in full-cycle ERP implementations across retail and manufacturing. Since joining EpicERP in July 2024, I’ve progressed from supporting project delivery to independently leading a high-profile implementation.

I contributed to a successful Business Central implementation that went live in May 2025, where I gained practical experience in configuration, process alignment, data migration, and user training. Following this, I was entrusted to lead the implementation for our largest retail client, including a complex Shopify integration. This project is currently in the final stages, with a go-live scheduled for August 2025.

Through projects, I’ve developed a clear understanding of how to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions, engage stakeholders effectively, and drive project outcomes with a focus on user adoption and business value.
