  • I would like to bring to your attention real life experience of the following areas, my 1st Job that I had in the car retail industry was with a multi franchise being Honda & Mahindra Rustenburg where I worked my way into a senior position taking the responsibility of opening and running my own satellite showroom for the company at the time.
  • I was then picked up by BMW Rustenburg where I was given the opportunity to learn how the premium vehicle industry operates from there on my passion for motorcycles and the BMW Brand moved me into the Motorrad department where I learnt the importance of relationship building and networking within a market that is extremely unique.
  • I then put up my hand in August 2018 to have the opportunity to open the 1st Motorrad Dealership in the Limpopo province thus teaching me the importance of having a strong relationship with the OEM and focusing on getting processes in place across all its segments IE workshop, parts department and new and used sales floor in order for the department to run smoothly and efficiently as possible.
  • I had taken on the task of assisting the Used Vehicle Department within the dealership to help with managing the operation of the department. My current role was to evaluate and price stock, to assist the department to be more efficient and profitable and to build relationships with our sister dealerships and traders as well as managing aging stock and demo vehicles.
  • In April 2020 took up a transfer to BMW Menlyn as a Retail Specialist to broaden my knowledge of how a Metropolitan dealership operates and runs as a part of my self-growth plan.
