I am a recent graduate with a degree in industrial and organizational psychology with labour relations management, and I am currently pursuing an honours degree in industrial psychology. I am deeply passionate about understanding human behavior and fostering positive workplace dynamics. My strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills enable me to approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. I thrive in collaborative environments, drawing on my interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and work with diverse teams.
