My working career started 25 years ago at University, when at the age of 18 I was involved in various student-related part-time jobs, to earn an income while studying. After completing my Honours degree, aged 21, I moved to the UK and worked in various entry-level positions. Returning to South Africa in 2001, and began working full-time. I completed my Masters in Research Psychology, in 2010 (while working full-time at the South African Institute of Race Relations), and was hired as a sessional academic at the University of the Witwatersrand. Subsequently, I worked in various research roles for Interact RDT, Millard Brown, TGI and IRI-Aztec. In 2014, I started my own research company focused on innovative approaches to market research in the South African context while also fulfilling the role of Head of Research at Limelight Media. In 2017, I joined Anacon cc, where I work as assistant Managing Director until present. My current role includes customer service, supply chain management, business administration and other aspects relating to running an export and import business in both South Africa and Zimbabwe.
