YPO is the premier global leadership organization for more than 30,000 chief executives in over 142 countries and the global platform for them to engage, learn and grow.

Key Achievements:

• Managed a group of four CEO communities with over 7000 members and global stakeholders in the ESG sector.
• Revived this group of then-unengaged virtual communities, to become the best-performing digital communities within the organization, with a 300% growth in membership and 42% growth in engagement within one year. I went on to launch new, thriving executive communities.
• Consulted executives on sustainability topics, and developed industry-related content for thought leadership, brand marketing, and member engagement.
• Tracked and analyzed data to present at monthly, global board meetings.
• Engaged and maintained external partnerships with stakeholders e.g XPRIZE, London University and business schools.
• Managed and executed offline and online events.

Global peace and humanitarian organization. IPYG stands for International Peace Youth Group. It is a group made of youths around the globe who want peace.

• Managed a team of ten in-country (South Africa) writers, journalists, and public relations specialists.
