As a shared services manager and HR professional I believe in creating a responsible functioning support service team which manages different business divisions or subsidiaries (HR, Payroll, Facilities, Employee Engagement, IT, Quality and Procurement) providing resources and consolidating the multiple business operations/functions that allows each/other, divisions/departments to focus its time and resources on the business, vision or goals.
