I can do excellent report writing and although I work well in a group, I work extremely better when working alone and get a lot more done. In order to do correct analyses of codes, I worked closely with the NHRPL (National Health Reference Price List) as well as CMS (Council for Medical Schemes) to be in the loop with what will be changed in the New Year. I have worked in customer services dealing with brokers, providers and members for a number of years. Customer relations changes and one has to adapt well to changes in procedure, protocol and attention to details goes a long way. Skilled on claims, vitality (Discovery Health’s wellness programme), Multiply (Momentum Health’s wellness programme), debit orders, health partners and marketing and I used these skills on a regular basis. I have experience with regards to clinical and medical knowledge, as on the health partner queue we regularly explained difficult clinical protocols to providers and their staff as well as members. I am extremely efficient, friendly and am always looking to improve the service we deliver to clients.
