Additional Information

Biggest accomplishment while working for Nedbank:

I started at Nedbank in the Valuations Department as the Valuation Manager's Assistant. At that stage they decided to start outsourcing Corporate Valuations and to close the In-house office. When I started there were no rules and regulations in place, no system at all. I set up the entire department from creating Request Forms, to payment of valuations by clients, outsourcing requests to various companies to deduct valuations for new deals. This project took me 6 months, but I created a system that worked for everyone. This took some research and negotiating with the Business Banking Director. They are still using the system I put in place.


I am enthusiastic about people development. I build up the self-esteem and self confidence in others through learning and development. I am an initiative-taking, self-driven, energetic individual who strives to excel in all tasks to ensure my success and the success of others.
