I started out in the ICT industry with a passion for connecting people and a curiosity for how technology works. My first role was in sales, where I quickly learned the importance of listening to clients and understanding their real needs. As time went on, I found myself drawn to the technical side, wanting not just to sell solutions, but to truly understand how they worked. Over the years, I’ve grown into someone who can speak both the language of the customer and the language of tech. This journey has taught me the value of patience, adaptability, and always staying curious. It’s been a rewarding path, and continues to be as the world of internet solutions is rapidly and constantly evolving, becoming better and fascinating prospective clients which makes my job very satisfying and I will continue to broaden my career in this industry.
