With nearly five decades of experience in contract preparation, project management, design, and construction supervision, I am wholeheartedly dedicated to achieving excellence in infrastructure projects. My role as a contract administrator has equipped me with valuable skills in dispute resolution, time and cost claim management, as well as arbitration and negotiated settlements. I am also well-versed in scheduling and delay analysis, proficiently using Primavera P6 and MS Project software. Developed a comprehensive understanding of various General Conditions of Contract, including FIDIC, NEC, EDF, and PPRA (Tanzania) Conditions. Throughout my fulfilling career in the realm of infrastructure, I have had the privilege of serving as a contract manager for both contractors and consultants, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful project outcomes. My diverse experience encompasses a wide range of project environments, including road, rail, air, and marine sectors. I am adept in utilizing Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project, alongside Primavera scheduling software. Offers advisory services in delay analysis, project management strategies, resource allocation, and contract administration, with a strong emphasis on effective cost estimation and control. My experience spans land, sea, and air transport systems, including the development of docks, harbours, and airport infrastructure.
