My experience as a recruitment consultant spans eleven years. During this period, I worked with agencies specializing in permanent and contract IT recruitment. I previously worked as an internal talent acquisition specialist for a fin-tech start-up, a corporate financial services company, and an IT consulting firm, where I focused on vacancies outside of IT, such as finance and marketing. To stay current with recruitment trends, I attend training sessions to stay abreast of current recruitment trends. Furthermore, I'm proficient in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as Boolean searches and Google X-ray searches. I am also always trying to find new ways of sourcing, such as joining groups specific to the roles I'm recruiting for.
