I've gained valuable experience in Customer Service / Customer Support that includes understanding and owning the controllable elements of service-level delivery as well as support, the ability to use data and insights to prepare metric reviews, and make changes where required. I have directly led teams of people as well as incubation and training of new candidates as required by Management.
