I worked in the roof roll forming industry eg fitting and service of machines rolls bearings fitting new parts strip and reassemble, sharpening of cutoff tools refitting and setting

mandrills that uncoil the material into the the roll forming mill maintenance off all the machines in question eg. can work on a normal lathe milling and surface grinder machines

to manufacture parts on short notice if posable

I have boilermaking experience (not qualified) can do Co2 and arc welding work with grinders cutting torch etc.

have knowledge of making and manufacturing of simple machines like small conveyer belt structures and fitting belts, for scrap removal

and have hydraulic fitting exp. pipes and fittings.

I was trusted to do repairs on a mobile mill roll forming machine out in the field that was broken down could have cost the company thousands of rand in penalty fees , i solved and repaired the machine within 24hrs

by using the most basic tools and equipment that was available

i do like to except challenges and strive for problem solving

have the abilities to detect problems and misalignments on machines

before it can cause prolonged production downtime

i see myself as a service provider to my employer and not a next employee

i have respect for machines and strive for good housekeeping.

as a selfemployed person i was responsible for some car dealers vehicles as i was doing from small to major repairs and paint matching

to vehicles , i was in trusted with high end vehicles mercedes audi and double cab bakkies

my attention to detail and finishing is of hight standards
