- Assisting with walk in customers , quotes , queries as well as buying goods over the counter.

- Doing buy outs for customers on items we don't keep in stock.

- Assisting customers with daily quote requests on electrical equipment as well as tool equipment needed.

- Purchasing orders as per customers requests.

- Arranging deliveries .

- Only delegated in the telesales department .

- Assisting customers daily with quote requests specifically in the mine industries as well as the municipalities .

- Performing daily purchase orders to supply the items needed.

- Assist and liaise with suppliers regarding quality , delivery issues , price negotiations and ensuring professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all supplier relations.

- Also in charge of RTS's and GRV's of goods.

- Arranging the necessary pick ups with the couriers from suppliers to deliver on time to client before ETA.
