  • Manage the stand-alone Liquor Store.
  • Interacted closely with suppliers and executives on in-store deals, space planning and store exclusive initiatives, fixtures to highlight premium products, and attractiveness to customers and potential investors.
  • Enforced attention to detail with regards to merchandising standards, pricing and promotional guide lines
  • Part of a team that planned monthly wine tastings and dinners, exclusive to our store hosted at our restaurant.
  • Place liquor orders. Ensuring sufficient stock pressure for promotions.
  • Manage frontline activities in the Liquor Store - Supervise tills as well as interacting with customers to better improve service delivery across the department.
