Full responsibility for assembling, setting up, change overs, operation,
troubleshooting, documentation, line clearance and first line technical intervention of high-speed production process and equipment. Continuously monitor and trend the performance of the production process and make adjustments as required to maintain optimal performance and product conforms to specification (OEE and product quality).
Carry out planned preventative maintenance inspections and tasks as per
maintenance plan and jobs cards/work requisitions on time.

Installation and commissioning of mobile and static range of crushing equipment,Metso Jaw and Cone Crushers , Vibrating Feeders, Metso Screens, Metso HSI and Metso VSI Crushers .

Engine servicing on Cat and Volvo engines. Troubleshooting on wide range of crushing machines (Electrical, Hydraulic and Mechanical faultfinding. Conduct on site repairs, equipment replacement as per OEM. Performing on site periodic, scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance service on mining equipment. Conduct Technical inspection on critical mechanical components to prevent future failures, breakdowns and give recommendations to customers.

Design machine components, support structures and various additional add-ons based on given specification using AutoCAD/Inventor and CREO (Pro Engineer).Design and prepare detailed drawings of given machine components, support structures, various components for manufacturing and assembly. Revise and conduct design modifications (Product Improvement) on machines components. Update technical drawings and BOMs using AutoCAD. Collaborate with Senior Design Engineers on upcoming design projects

Assembling of mobile crushers, screens, conveyors and static frames for crushing machinery. Re-building of old worn out mobile crusher as per OEM. Fitting of hydraulic hoses, valves, motors and pumps as per hydraulic schematic. Set pressures and speeds on hydraulic components (Cooler speeds, Hydraulic motor etc.). Installation of electrical devices (Speed sensors, vibration sensors as well as beacon lights and horns etc.)Electrical testing of interlocks as per Electrical
Schematic using electric testing device. Conduct performance testing (Load test) on mobile crushers for quality purposes.
