• Heading up the deal execution team in Cape Town
• Setting up deal processes
• Managing up to 8 people at a time
• Assist in deal structuring and pricing
• Reviewing credit committee papers before it goes to the credit committee
• Managing the legals process and negotiation commercial points

• Assisting the Principal with the deal execution process
• Financial modelling
• Writing CC papers
• Market and competition research
• Managing the FDD and legals process
