Subject matter expertise: Area where I have empowered myself is mostly the compilation of subject resource packs I've put together a question and answer book for 10th graders to help them prepare for tests, midterms and November exams - focusing on standardized sample questions (per unit) that they can expect to see in their papers

Team Collaboration: Successful teamwork promotes interpersonal tolerance and relationships During 2022 and 2023, in close collaboration with fellow colleagues in the ZF MGCAWU district, I managed the Moderation process for grade 12 Practical assessment task This required good administration and the necessary reporting so that teachers experience the process as positive and constructive The outcome and summary report on the quality and standardization of learner marks is presented to the necessary stakeholders
