My experience as National Payroll Manager has given me a sound insight of the operational requirements and dependencies within this environment, with specific reference to accuracy, time management, Statutory obligations and financial integration. Personnel Administration has qualified me to value the significance of legislative obligations, and the fundamental importance of communication, particularly to the Payroll department. I have been actively involved from a business, system administration and system implementation perspective in the Human Resource and Payroll environment since March 2000. My prime responsibilities within the SAP/HR-Payroll environment since 2000 were that of Payroll development team member, End User Support officer, and finally National Payroll Manager. During the Payroll implementation I played a key role in analyzing and documenting all current and future business processes on completion of the gap analysis. This information was used to compile a Business blueprint as well as the Business specification document, testing and training material. Conducting user training has enhanced my ability to transfer knowledge. I have participated in 4 SAP/HR Payroll implementations thus far, of which the last implementation was quite diverse and complex. My knowledge in the HR/ Payroll and SAP environment also extends to the integration aspects from Payroll to Finance, the CATS (Cross Application Time Sheet) system and certain aspects regarding the Sales and Distribution component. I have an extensive HR/Payroll business knowledge as well as various other facets pertaining to the SAP/HR system. During my involvement as Payroll Developer I have attained certain configuration skills within the PD (Organisational Management), PA (Personnel Administration) and the Payroll modules. As Support Officer, I have very strong analytical skills.
