Reading is something I've loved since I was a child and it's like stepping into a completely different world, where everything around me just fades away. The moment I open a book, I get to escape into a new reality, leaving behind the stress, the routine, and everything that's going on. What's even more special is how a good book sticks with me, even after I put it down, I'll be walking around in public, surrounded by people, but still lost in the story I've been reading. I feel like I am in my own world, carrying the emotions of the book with me.
Music just calms me down. No matter what I'm going through, I always find comfort in music. It helps me deal with my feelings since I'm one of those people who doesn't easily talk about her feelings. Music makes me literally dance when no one is watching.
Running is something I've recently started doing and I surprisingly like it. I don't know if it makes any sense but it makes me feel alive. I like the burn I feel in my legs and sometimes the wind in my face, maybe it sounds a little silly but that feeling of the burn in my legs and the wind in my face, it makes me feel like I can do anything.
