- Assigned to the FGP-WPMP project in 2013 by the EPCM contractor KPJV Limited, which is a Joint Venture of WorleyParsons, Kazakh Institute of Oil and Gas JSC (KING), Engineering Company Kazgiproneftetrans LLP (KGNT), and Fluor
- The same JV also performed the FEED for the project
- The project entails the design and construction of a major expansion of Tengizchevroil (TCO) existing facilities in Tengiz, Atyrau Oblast, Republic of Kazakhstan
- Initially based in Atyrau to develop a very sophisticated data base application for management most of the aspects of the business management functions, including:
- Manpower planning
- Recruitment and Mobilization
- Personnel approvals
- Labor man hour capture and processing for cost reporting, forecasting, invoicing, Control Package estimating including assignment expenses and other miscellaneous planned and ad hoc reporting requirements
- These systems were transferred to the Fluor Farnborough office in 2016 for support and future development
- I was then transferred to Tengiz construction group in 2017 to setup and support the progress and performance measurement system, MileMarker
- The FGP project was split into 5 areas (projects) with MileMarker Coordinators and Technicians in every area
- My role was the coordination of all areas and to do summarized reporting for FGP
- Main application developed is the Daily Force Report to capture actual manpower and manhours by day for all subcontractors per area/discipline/craft and load the summaries to MileMarker for productivity calculations

- Fluor provided engineering, procurement and program management for refurbishment and new construction of Phase I (28.2 million tons per annum) of a crude oil pipeline system from Tengiz, Kazakhstan, to Novorossiysk, Russia, which included 930 miles of pipeline; 5 pump stations; a tank farm with five 120,000-cubic-meter tanks and an 8 km gravity loading line; a marine terminal with metering, surge tanks and small boat harbor; two 5-km offshore loading lines and two SPMs; and a new SCADA and telecommunication system

- Fluor provides oversight assistance for the deepwater marine terminal expansion in Novorossiysk as well as expanding the supervisory control and data (SCADA) telecommunications at the marine terminal and 15 pump stations
- The expansion includes adding six 100,000 cubic meter tanks, adding a 5 km 42-inch loading line and single point mooring system
