Information, Communication and Technology Desktop Support ICT

- To install, support, maintain, analyses, evaluate and troubleshoot all the Information Technology hardware, software and desktop - server support in the port for the complete ICT environment thereby ensuring continued availability of these components forming a major part of the operations and profitability of the businesses.
- Manage IT projects as directed by IT Manager regarding upgrading, repairs and maintenance of ICT infrastructure.
- Maintains inventory of computers and Peripherals.
- Configure and maintain SAP clients on all workstations as directed by SAP support.
- •Ensure maximum availability of T/A infrastructure by monitoring and maintaining XTime900 clients, Turnstiles, Biometric Readers, Controllers and POE switches
