Driven by a passion for academic excellence, I lead and coordinate an academic support programme to enhance student performance, specifically for struggling students, leveraging my strong leadership and interpersonal skills. I implemented teaching methods, enhancing student engagement and understanding. Committed to educational research, I continually strive to enhance teaching methods, learning experiences, and student outcomes.
