Consulting and Business Development is not limited to a specific industry as this employer offered services to a variety of different clients in different industries. I was therefore not limited in my knowledge or experience to a specific industry.

In December 2007I was awarded for being the best Labour Consultant for the year in Sales and Service.

During November 2008 I was promoted to Branch Manager and this included all the above responsibilities but also added responsibilities such as:

Management of Labour Consultants

I was placed in charge of a team of Consultants that I had to mentor and manage on a daily basis regarding:

· Recruitment, Interviewing and Placement of new consultants

· Training with regards to the Labour Law field

· Ensuring that they complete their oral exams on time and to the satisfaction of the company

· Servicing of my own clients along with company clients

· Business Development and Growth of client base

Management of Human Resource Consultants

Along with my fellow Branch Manager, I was tasked with management of a team of Human Resource Managers.

Business Development for both Industrial Relations and Human Resources

As Senior Management it was part of my duties to ensure that the company continuously secures new business in order to sustain continued growth and development.
