- I conducted a risk analysis on the damaged stock department that was identified via the companies balance sheet.

- The implementation of the Zoho CRM not only assisted the store ambassadors by streamlining their in-store operations, the new CRM system required a large amount of trouble shooting as the stock control element of the software had to adapted and refined to ensure that the asset security remained highly secure. I am apart of the team that implemented the processes and controls that ensured that the companies assets are safeguarded.
- The most recent developments for the damaged department will be 2 stock recalls, these recalls are from both entities of the Browns organization. The first will be from the SA stores that will see around 18.6 million rand returning back to the support office. The second recall will be from the UK Browns stores, this will be a significantly large recall as all damaged stock from the UK stores as well as aging style will be returning. These items to be converted into back into their raw materials to be reallocated within the manufacturing structures of the company.
- I have also been placed in a position that assist the asset capitalization process, I am integrally apart of the refining process for the precious metals. This process is defined by invoicing the refined metal off of the system for the necessary financial reporting. Secondly, I am also integrally apart of the stone re-evaluation processes through stock reconciliations.
- I have been the custodian of reviewing and approving all purchase orders for consumable stock as well as raw material purchases for the workshops main operations.
- On a year to date analysis of the work conducted within the department. The analysis can be broken down into the following key achievements:
1. The number of units received (7 089 ), can be transcended into a value of (R81 000 000.00 ).
2. The quantity of precious and non precious stones placed back into the manufacturing structures are,
(76 000 ). This quantity can be transcended into a value of (R77 900 000.00 ).
3. The amount of metal refined through the damaged location relayed into a correlating value of
(R6 000 000.00 ). This allowed the manufacturing of Browns to be adequately funded through the metal recoveries.
